You are both professional , friendly and polite. I don't like shoes in my home so you kindly put shoe covers on your shoes. You also have super communication, are flexible with dates and can attend quickly so you aren't waiting weeks to get something installed or fixed. If I or any family or friends need anymore work on anything gas related in the future you'll be our first call.
I’d been without heating for 4 weeks , kept getting messed about by other local businesses , was told about Cleveland gas through a family member who had a boiller fitted by them previously and was happy with there work . I gave them a call explained I was without heat and within 48 hours I had a new boiller fitted and he sorted all my warranty and programmed it all for me and explained how to work it , I gave him a budget to work with as I’m a single parent so money is tight , and I payed exactly what was agreed . I was on the phone to James who I didn't know previously asking him if he had a certain part for my boiler, he happened to have the part in the van and said he would deliver it to me, he was here within minutes of me calling him. The part was fitted to the boiler and within minutes it was up and running providing me with hot water once again, cheers James, I would certainly use him again.
